BH PilatesBH Pilates is an exciting Pilates class for beginners and intermediate levels. As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Becca modifies traditional Pilates to meet your exercise needs, ensuring you perform Pilates correctly and progress safely for a full body workout. Modified Pilates works on retaining and reconditioning the body from the central core to improve whole body strength, postural alignment, balance and mobility, as well as helping prevent injury and improve overall well-being. Classes run on Saturday mornings at 8:30am for intermediates and at 9:30am for beginners and on Wednesdays at 13:00 and 14:00 for beginners. Bookham ColtsVarious age groups of Bookham Colts footballers use Outer SPACE for winter training, taking advantage of the floodlit five-a-side pitch and high quality changing rooms. Bookham Tennis ClubBookham Tennis Club is a small friendly club providing social and competitive tennis. The Club welcomes new members of all ages and levels of ability and has Free Taster sessions on the first Sunday morning and Thursday evening of every month, for anyone interested to have a game or two. Kuk Sool Won™ of Claygate and Great BookhamKuk Sool Won is the systematic study of all traditional martial arts and seeks to integrate and explore all aspects of the traditional Korean martial arts. As a martial arts system it can help to improve fitness, confidence and concentration, relieve stress, and teach self-defence, all of which are so important today. Chief Instructor, James Barker, is a 5th Degree Master and has been training in the art since 1992; he is also a fully qualified Secondary School Physical Education Teacher. Master James opened the first Kuk Sool Won school in Surrey in the summer of 2007 and now he and his team of Black Belt Instructors lead classes at the SPACE on Wednesday evenings in addition to their Claygate centre. Toni Wolf YogaRocket yoga is based on Ashtanga yoga so is dynamic and fast flowing targeted at raising the heart rate, but still keeping the low impact and stretching of yoga.
